Our company LLC “Mlynar” is engaged in the production of wheat flour.

The production itself is logistically located in the Lviv region, in the city of Sudova vyshnya, 35 km from the border with Poland.

History

Our mill has a small history of its own, because it was built back in 1999 and some of our employees have been working since its launch.

In particular, our company purchased it in 2013. Since then, a number of modernizations have been carried out to improve the quality of finished products, the speed of unloading raw materials and increase the total wheat processing capacity to 120 tons per day. One of the biggest modernizations was the replacement of a screening machine of lower productivity with a more productive one, with a screening capacity of 120 tons of wheat per day.

Equipment

Mostly, all the equipment at the mill is German, and technologically, we grind in our production of 3 types (higher, first and second grade). The quality of finished products and raw materials for their production is the most important for us, therefore we have an accredited laboratory on our territory, which works every day to ensure that the final consumer is satisfied with the quality of flour.

Production

A feature of our production, which distinguishes us from our competitors, is several types of the highest grade (with different quality indicators) that we produce on a permanent basis, namely: the highest grade for bread, for confectionery, for pasta and for pita bread. We sell high-grade flour in polypropylene bags (25 and 50 kg), as well as pack in paper bags of 1, 2 and 5 kg. First and second grade in polypropylene bags of 50 kg and 45 kg, respectively. And also, for all types of flour, there is a possibility of delivery by the bulk method, because the assets of the company have two flour trucks (15 t and 24 t).

A strategic stock of raw materials is also very important in the work of any enterprise, therefore, for the storage of wheat grain on the territory of the mill, there are 2 warehouses with a total capacity of 6,000 tons, which allows for stable work and, accordingly, timely delivery of finished products to our customers.

Delivery

Delivery of finished products is no less responsible than the rest of the production processes. In order to be as flexible and stable as possible in terms of logistics, our company has various types of its own transport, which allows us to deliver finished products to those buyers who have nuances in terms of arriving at their factories.

Although we have a lot of experience behind us in all production processes, we never stop at what we have achieved and think only about the aspects in which we can improve, this is the only way to reach the top in any business.
